Shipping & Delivery

Last updated:

This page explains how a Jersey Harbor order travels from the moment you click the order button to the day it lands on your doorstep: how long we take to prepare it, where we ship, what shipping costs, how long the parcel is usually on the road, and what to do if something does not go to plan. It applies to every order placed on jerseyharbor.shop. If you cannot find your answer below, write to support@jerseyharbor.shop and we will reply within 24 hours on business days.

The quick version

  • Processing: 1–3 business days before your order leaves us.
  • Where we ship: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand only.
  • Shipping cost: free on every order to those four countries, with no minimum spend and no code needed.
  • Transit: usually 7–14 business days after the order ships, for all four countries.
  • Ships from: the USA.
  • Help: email support only, reply within 24 hours on business days.

1. From the dugout to your door: how an order moves

Every Jersey Harbor order follows the same path. Knowing the steps helps you plan around a game, a birthday or a family trip to the ballpark.

  1. You place the order. You receive an order confirmation email straight away. Check it: the size, colour and any name, number or front word you typed are listed there exactly as we will print them.
  2. Processing (1–3 business days). Your jersey or accessory is prepared. For personalised items this is when the back name, back number and any front word are added, using the exact text from your order.
  3. Shipping. The parcel leaves us from the USA and we email you to let you know it is on its way.
  4. Transit (usually 7–14 business days). The parcel travels to your address in the United States, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
  5. Delivery. The carrier delivers to the address you entered at checkout.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays. An order placed on a Saturday evening starts processing on Monday. That small detail matters when you are counting back from a tournament weekend, so we always suggest building in a little extra room.

2. Shipping cost and delivery times by country

Shipping is free to all four countries we serve. There is no minimum order value, no coupon to remember and no extra charge for heavier items such as the bleacher blanket. The shipping line at checkout shows $0.00 before you pay.

New ZealandFree1–3 business days7–14 business daysAbout 8–17 business days

These are typical times, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weather, public holidays, busy seasons and local delivery conditions can all add days. If you need a jersey for a specific date, order as early as you can and count business days rather than calendar days.

Planning around a game day

Say your family wants matching jerseys for a tournament that starts on a Saturday. Count back about 17 business days (the top end of processing plus transit) and add a few more for safety. In practice that means ordering roughly four weeks ahead. For a jersey to wear on opening day, ordering in early March is a comfortable margin for a late-March or early-April first pitch.

3. Where we ship, and where we do not

We ship to addresses in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Checkout only offers shipping for those four countries. If you enter an address in any other country, no shipping method will appear and the order cannot be placed. We know that can be disappointing for fans abroad; if you are outside these countries, you are welcome to email us, but we cannot promise a way to ship.

Orders ship from the USA. We deliver to residential and business addresses in the four countries. If your address is unusual — a rural route, a building with a mail room, a holiday rental — please add clear unit or delivery details in the address lines at checkout so the carrier can find you.

Sending a gift to another country

Many orders are gifts: a jersey from a grandmother in Colorado to a grandson in Toronto, a blanket for a cousin in Brisbane, a set of family jerseys for relatives in Wellington. Enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address and your own details as the billing details. The shipping confirmation goes to the email address on the order, so you can keep an eye on it and let the recipient know it is coming.

4. Following your parcel

When your order leaves us, we email you at the address used at checkout. If the carrier provides tracking for your parcel, the tracking details are included so you can follow it on the carrier’s website. You can also look up your order status at any time on our Order Tracking page using your order number and checkout email.

Tracking pages sometimes stay quiet for a day or two after a parcel is handed over, and international parcels can show long gaps while they move between countries or through customs checks. A quiet tracking page during transit is common and usually means the parcel is simply travelling.

5. Getting the address right

The most common delivery problem we can prevent together is a wrong or incomplete address. Before you place your order, please check:

  • the recipient’s full name, as it appears on their mailbox or buzzer;
  • the street number and name, plus any apartment, unit, suite or lot number;
  • the city, state, province or region, and the ZIP or postal code;
  • the country, especially for Australia and New Zealand, which are easy to mix up in a drop-down list.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us within 24 hours with your order number and the corrected address. Changes within that window are free; see Cancel or Change an Order. Once a parcel has shipped, we can no longer change its address ourselves, but contact us anyway and we will tell you what can still be done.

6. Orders with several items

A family order can easily include an adult jersey, two youth jerseys, a toddler jersey and a cap. Items in one order usually travel together, but sometimes they are prepared separately and arrive in more than one parcel. You never pay extra shipping when that happens. If one parcel arrives before the others, give the rest a few more business days before worrying; if anything still seems missing after that, contact us with your order number.

7. Extra innings: parcels that are late, lost or marked delivered

Most parcels arrive within the typical times above. If yours has not arrived and the estimate has passed, or the tracking page shows no movement for a long time, email support@jerseyharbor.shop with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and keep you updated by email. Once we know what happened, we will explain the options available for your order, such as a replacement or a refund.

If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the parcel, please check around your entrance, with neighbours, with your building’s mail room or front desk, and with your local post office, as parcels are sometimes left in a safe place or held nearby. If it still has not turned up, write to us and we will help.

8. Parcels that arrive damaged

If a parcel arrives damaged, or an item inside is not right — a smudged number, a chipped mug, the wrong size or colour — please email us with your order number and a few clear photos of the item, the problem and the shipping label. Tell us as soon as you can after delivery; damaged and incorrect items are always covered within our 60-day return window. We will work out the best fix with you, whether that is a replacement or a refund. The details are in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Photos you send for a claim are deleted 30 days after delivery of your order or replacement.

9. Address tips for Canada, Australia and New Zealand

International addresses follow different patterns, and a small formatting slip can slow a parcel down. A few habits help:

  • Canada: include the province and the six-character postal code with the space in the middle (for example A1A 1A1). If the address has a unit number, put it in the second address line rather than in front of the street number.
  • Australia: include the state or territory and the four-digit postcode, and write the suburb in the city field.
  • New Zealand: include the suburb and the four-digit postcode; rural addresses should include the RD number where one applies.
  • Everywhere: use an email address you check often, because that is where your order and shipping emails go.

10. Customs, duties and taxes

All prices on jerseyharbor.shop are in US dollars. Jersey Harbor does not collect sales tax at checkout, and the total you see before paying is the item price plus $0.00 shipping. Orders delivered to Canada, Australia or New Zealand cross a border, and import duties, taxes or fees depend on the destination country’s rules and the value of the parcel. If you have a question about a specific order going abroad, contact us before ordering and we will tell you what we know.

11. Busy seasons

Carriers get busier at certain times of the year: the weeks before the winter holidays, the run-up to Father’s Day, and the start of the spring season when many teams and families order at once. Our 1–3 business day processing time stays the same, but parcels can take longer in transit during these weeks. If you are ordering for a date in one of these periods, order early and allow extra days.

12. Questions about shipping

Email support@jerseyharbor.shop, visit the Help Center or submit a ticket, and include your order number so we can find your order straight away. We reply within 24 hours on business days. For money questions see our Refund Policy, and for sizing before you order see the Size Guide.

Shipping questions are welcome before you order, too. If you are weighing whether a jersey will arrive in time for a birthday party or a team photo, tell us the date and the destination and we will give you an honest answer based on the typical times on this page.
