\nEvery jersey has its options on the product page: size, colour and, on custom jerseys, the personalisation fields. You see the live preview of your name and number before adding to the cart, and the cart line shows each add-on. Our designs are our own; we do not print team, league, college or player names or logos.
\nEach jersey is its own line in the cart with its own size, name and number. Collect everyone’s details first, place one order, then read the confirmation email line by line. If anything needs fixing, you have 24 hours to change it free of charge.
\nAdult jerseys are unisex S to 3XL (2XL +$3, 3XL +$5), youth jerseys YS to YXL and toddler jerseys 2T to 4T. Full-button jerseys have the most room, two-button henleys sit a little closer, and sleeveless jerseys open the shoulders. The best way to choose is to measure a shirt that already fits and compare.
\nWe ship only to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, always free with no minimum order. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then usually travel 7–14 business days. Ordering about four weeks before a game, birthday or trip gives you a comfortable margin.
\nWithin 24 hours of placing an order, you can cancel it or change the size, colour, name, number, front word, items or address for free. Email us with your order number and exactly what to change. After 24 hours the order may already be in production, and printed names cannot be changed, but the 60-day return window still protects you.
\nEvery item can be returned within 60 days of delivery, including personalised jerseys, and we pay the return postage with a free label even if you simply changed your mind. Exchanges for a different size or colour work the same way. Start any return by email so we can send the label.
\nRefunds are issued within 7 days of your return reaching us, or of a cancellation being confirmed, to your original payment method or as store credit. Store credit never expires. Size and personalisation add-ons are refunded with the item.
\nIf something arrives with a problem — a smudged number, a misspelt name that differs from your order, the wrong size or colour, a chipped mug — email us with your order number and photos as soon as you can after delivery. These cases are always covered within the 60-day window, and often you do not need to send anything back. Photos you send are deleted 30 days after delivery.
\nPrices are in US dollars, and the payment options available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. You are charged when you place the order. We do not collect sales tax at checkout and never store full card numbers.
\nYou can order without an account. If you create one, My account lists your past orders. We collect only what we need to produce, deliver and support your order, and we do not sell personal information.
\nJerseys are prepared to order, and parcels travel for days, so a little planning keeps game day stress-free. Here is how far ahead we suggest ordering for common occasions:

These suggestions are based on our typical processing and transit times, not guaranteed dates. If a date is very close, email us before ordering and we will give you an honest view.
\nCaps are one adjustable size: the dad cap has a back strap and an unstructured crown, the trucker cap a snapback and a mesh back. The bleacher throw blanket comes in 50 x 60 in or 60 x 80 in, the pennant pillow is 18 x 18 in with an insert, the stitch mug is 11 oz or 15 oz, and the tumbler holds 20 oz with a lid and straw. \nTurn jerseys inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang them to dry. Do not iron over printed names and numbers. Rinse grass and infield dirt soon after the game. Spot clean caps and let them dry on a rounded shape. Wash mugs and the tumbler by hand to keep the print bright; the tumbler should not go in the microwave. The blanket and pillow cover can be washed cold on a gentle cycle.
\nJerseys make good gifts, and a few details make them easier. Ship straight to the recipient by entering their address at checkout; the order and shipping emails come to you. If you are guessing a size, choose the larger one — the recipient can exchange it within 60 days of delivery with a free return label. Refunds on gifts go to the person who paid, unless that person asks us to give the recipient store credit, which never expires. If the gift is a surprise, tell us when you write, and we will only email you about it.
